Preparation
1. In a small bowl, mix Breadcrumbs and all ground spices. Place ground Beef and Lamb into a bowl, add spice/breadcrumb mix. Mix well with your hands. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

2. At least 30 minutes before grilling, remove meat from refrigerator and form into 6 - 8 patties. Grill over medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes per side until internal temperature of 150 degrees F or center of patty is firm to touch.

3. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes. Griddle or toast buns or naan. Serve with tzatziki sauce, cheese and toppings.

* ⅔ - 1 cup plain Breadcrumbs
* 2 Tbsp Grill Seasoning blend (MSG free)
* 2 tsp ground Cumin
* 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
* 1 Tbsp Coriander
* 1 tsp dried Oregano
* 1 tsp Cinnamon
* Slices of Tomato, Red or Sweet Onion
* Arugala or shredded Green/Red Leaf Lettuce
* Feta cheese or Manchego cheese, sliced
* 16 ounces Tzatziki sauce
* 6 - 8 Burger buns or 3 - 4 large Naan flatbreads
