Summer’s heat calls for lighter fare and garden fresh ingredients.  I have spent many a summer evening making these lamb burgers topped with Feta or my fresh coleslaw for friends and family, without wasting too much time prepping, cooking and heating up the kitchen.  A great take on watermelon starts the party off with an Italian twist.  The name of the game is creating dishes that allow you to spend more time mingling with friends and family.
